About Our EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Goal

August 2, 2017 by Chris Flusche

At Texas I.T. Pros, we strive to achieve cream-of-the-crop, perfect customer service. Exceptional customer service is our primary goal, and is what sets us head and shoulders above the rest of the field. To achieve this goal, we’ve set some strict guidelines that dictate how we operate.

Our EXCEPTIONAL customer service guidelines are:

1. Answer the phone EVERY time

Don’t you hate it when you call someone for help when you need it only to get voicemail? We do too! We don’t EVER want your calls to go to voicemail, so we make EVERY effort to answer the phone right away, every time.

2. Respond to emails FAST

Many people think of email as a low priority communications medium, and because of that they don’t check or respond to their email regularly. We’re evidently NOT those “many” people. We are CONSTANTLY watching for email from our clients, and we respond to them fast!

3. Be on time, EVERY time

When you call most service providers, you get the infamous and much dreaded “4 hour window”. They say they’ll arrive “on Wednesday sometime between 9 AM and 1 PM” or similar. Many times they don’t actually arrive until after the end of the window! That drives us crazy and we refuse to treat our clients this way. We will provide you with a specific time at which we will arrive, or worst case, a one hour window. We don’t make appointments we don’t intend to keep, and we never, ever want to keep you waiting, wondering when we will arrive. If we know we will be late due to traffic or a previous appointment running long, we promise to let you know as soon as we know so you can plan accordingly. We know your time is valuable, and we promise to NEVER waste it.

4. Resolve problems FAST

We promise to always resolve every problem as quickly as possible! We want you to be running your business, not worrying about I.T. problems. Your success is our success, after all. When you have a computer or network problem, you suddenly have to concentrate on that instead of what you do best. Our goal is to get the problem resolved FAST and get you back to work. From the time you tell us you have a problem, until the time that problem is confirmed to be resolved, we are working at light speed for YOU to get your business back on track.

5. Make the client happy, no matter what!

Different clients have different needs. We will cater to whatever YOUR needs are. Do you need daily status updates on your project? We’ll do it. Do you need hourly conference calls regarding your problem? We can do that. Do you need a monthly report detailing all I.T. issues you’ve experienced? No problem. Do you want a single point of contact and a direct line to call anytime you need urgent help? Consider it done. Just tell us what you need or what will make our service work better for YOU, and we will do everything we can to make it happen. We have a 100% customer satisfaction rating, and we aren’t going to let that change!

Now that you understand what our EXCEPTIONAL customer service goal is all about, we hope you will be more than ready to give us a try today. Give us a call – you can bet that we’ll answer the phone and fix your problem FAST!
