Our Office: Our office is currently closed to the public. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for curbside drop-off or pickup of equipment if needed.
Onsite Service: We are attempting to keep onsite service visits to the lowest level possible. All issues that are able to be resolved remotely will be. If an onsite service visit is required because we are unable to resolve an issue remotely, your assigned tech will be required to wear a face mask for your protection, as well as their own. We reserve the right to require other safety measures on a case-by-case basis if we feel they are needed.
Our office is located at 306 E. Walnut, Suite A in Decatur. Our office hours are by appointment only, so please give us a call before dropping by.
