Inclement Weather Support
Here’s a brief summary of how we operate during periods of inclement weather (snow, ice, tornadoes, flooding, etc).
Safety is our number one priority at all times. If the weather conditions make it unsafe for us to travel, we may choose to curtail onsite support and onsite project operations to protect the safety of our employees and others. We may also choose to have our employees work from their homes instead of from our office. If we make such decisions, remote support will still be available as normal, as long as our employees still have power and internet service available at their locations.
If we choose to curtail onsite support and onsite project operations, as soon as that decision is made, any affected clients will be informed. Once the weather condition has cleared, we will then reach out again to reschedule the work.
Our contact information always remains the same, whether we are working under normal conditions, or under alternate arrangements due to inclement weather. If you need assistance during our normal business hours, please call us at 940-239-6500 option 5. If you have an emergency problem outside of our normal business hours, you can reach the on-call technician at 940-239-6500 option 9.
